Tran Thi Ngoc Thuy Tien, born in 1981 in Sa Dec, Dong Thap, is the third child in a family of four siblings. Thuy Tien moved to Ho Chi Minh City to study accounting, graduated, and remained in HCMC for work. Speaking about her career, Thuy Tien shared that she is a diligent and hardworking individual, having experienced various roles in different companies, including accounting, office administration, and online sales. Despite dedicating herself wholeheartedly to each job, she found her life lacking fulfillment.
Thuy Tien’s friend, Thao Loan, observed her hard work over the years, coupled with financial difficulties and health issues. Consequently, Loan introduced her to the business opportunity with Win-Win 9319.
Did you find this opportunity quite favorable?
Yes, I can say it was quite favorable. Before joining the Win-Win 9319 team, my health wasn’t great. I had vestibular disorders and sinusitis. Upon Loan’s recommendation, I purchased and completed a 5-box lot of Multi Juice, and it completely cured my illnesses. I saw this as a great opportunity because of the quality of the product and the company. From that moment, I decided to dedicate all my time and effort to distributing Multi Juice.
When did you start this job, and what achievements have you accomplished?
I began familiarizing myself with this work in July 2020, but it wasn’t until September 2022 that I truly devoted all my time and energy to the job. I have achieved two Ruby awards from Bitney Fans Club, one in late 2022 and another in June 2023, each carrying a prize of 10 million VND. These are achievements that I am proud of.
What is the most significant value you have gained from this job?
From being a homemaker with intermittent employment, I have become someone with stable work, earning a consistent monthly income, managing my time, better caring for my family, and enjoying life more. But the most significant gain from this job is the personal growth; I am more confident and content with life.
In your opinion, what defines a successful
person?
For me, a successful person is someone with a fulfilling job, earning money, and helping others to earn as well.
Are you more introverted or extroverted?
(Smiling) I am both introverted and extroverted. I enjoy taking care of my family, spending time with my children, and I also like to travel to explore the beautiful things in the world.
Could you share a bit about your family and how you raise your children?
I am a single mother, living happily with my two children. My eldest child is in 12th grade this year, and my second one is in 1st grade. I teach them to have dreams, take responsibility for themselves and the family, and most importantly, to always be happy, confident, and content with their lives and work.
